Refund & Cancellation Policy

Wags and Whiskers Academy

1. Course Fees & Deposits

All course fees must be paid in full prior to the start of training unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing. Deposits secure a course place and are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

2. Student Cancellations

If a student cancels their place:

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Course fees are non-refundable after 14 days grace period or once training has commenced

  • No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, early withdrawal, or non-attendance

3. Transfers & Rescheduling

Requests to transfer to alternative course dates may be considered at the academy’s discretion and are subject to availability. Transfers are not guaranteed and may incur an administration fee.

4. Academy Cancellations

In the unlikely event that Wags and Whiskers Academy needs to cancel or reschedule a course, students will be offered an alternative date. Refunds will only be considered if no suitable alternative can be provided.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or credits due to exceptional circumstances are assessed on a case-by-case basis and remain at the sole discretion of the academy. Supporting evidence may be required.
