Terms and Conditions

1. Attendance: Students must attend all sessions on time. If unable to attend, they must provide prior notice with a valid reason. Repeated unexcused absences may result in dismissal.

2. Conduct: Respect for animals is non-negotiable. Any mistreatment, abusive language, or behavior contrary to animal welfare will lead to immediate dismissal without refund.

3. Payments: Full payment is required upfront before the course begins. We accept bank transfers and phone payments.

​

4. Cancellations and Refunds: A full refund is available if cancellation occurs within 14 days of payment. After that, no refunds will be issued.

​

5. Academy Cancellations: If we cancel a session, we will reschedule or offer a make-up session—no refunds are provided.

​

6. Results: Outcomes depend on student effort. We do not guarantee results, and students may be discontinued if standards are not met.

7. Data Protection: We securely handle personal data and only share it as required (e.g., with educational boards).
