2. Course Structure & Delivery
Training may include practical grooming sessions, theory-based learning, demonstrations, assessments, and supervised hands-on experience with dogs. Course content, duration, and structure are outlined at the time of enrolment. The academy reserves the right to adapt training methods where necessary to maintain safety, quality, and learning outcomes.
3. Attendance & Commitment
Regular attendance is essential for successful course completion. Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions, arrive on time, and participate fully. Missed sessions may affect progress, assessment results, and certification. Catch-up sessions are not guaranteed and may incur additional costs.
4. Student Conduct & Professionalism
Students must behave in a respectful, professional, and responsible manner at all times. This includes appropriate communication with staff, fellow students, and members of the public. Any disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour may result in warnings, suspension, or removal from the course without refund.
5. Health, Safety & Hygiene
Students must follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines provided by the academy. This includes correct use of grooming equipment, safe dog handling techniques, and maintaining a clean working environment. Failure to comply may result in exclusion from practical sessions.
6. Assessment & Certification
Certification or diplomas are awarded upon successful completion of course requirements, which may include attendance, practical assessments, theory work, and professional conduct. Certificates will not be issued unless all requirements are met to the academy’s standards.
